Prize draw terms and conditions

Prize winners will be drawn at random by computer from all entries received by the closing date. Strictly one entry per person. The competition is open to UK residents only. This competition is not open to any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition. If you are under the age of 16 you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before entering this competition. You must provide Walsall Council with your name, addressor email address and / or day time or evening phone number if you wish to enter this competition. Walsall Council will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.

The closing date for the competition will not be extended beyond midnight Monday 28 September 2009. The prize draw will be held during week commencing Monday 28 September 2009. The editor’s decision is final. Winners will be contacted personally by email or telephone.Winners will be notified privately and an announcement will then be posted on the Travel Differently website and its affiliated websites. Unless otherwise stated in advance, winners will receive their prize within six weeks after the draw has been held. The prize cannot be delivered. Pick up only. No cash alternative is available. Should the model of the bike be inappropriate in size, the winner is entitled to change the model up to the value agreed with FR Russell Cycles and providing the prize has not been used or damaged.

Walsall Council does not accept any responsibility for late/missing entries. Entrants must supply details as required, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. Walsall Council reserves the right to cancel this competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of its control. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This competition is administered by Walsall Council.
